I'm going to visit my niece and nephew next week, so of course I have to bring a present for each of them. My nephew will get his fun Super Kid T-Shirt and I made some cute back to school barrettes for my niece from Polymer Clay.
I made these pretty little blossom clusters with one of my newest clay molds from Wholeport (see below).

I found these glossy roses already made in my stash, just waiting for a project to belong to.
It's hard to find something that will secure the clay to metal so I went for the strongest glue I had in my stash....Crazy Glue! I get very nervous when using this glue, anxious of the day that I stick my fingers together, but so far so good, all my fingers are still working and the clay is still stuck onto the bobbypins.
The ones above were also made with my latest and greatest mold from Wholeport.
Do you like to play with polymer clay? I find it a nice craft fix when I need something to do that won't take much time or make a huge mess.

I haven't ever worked with polymer clay. I love those molds. I really should not have seen these cute barrettes. You know how I am about collecting craft supplies!
I love polymer clay, but my daughter is a real artist with the stuff. She makes little animal figures, using mostly her hands for tools; and she's 10. Maybe when I grow up I can be so good. *lol*
