Last Make it Monday~
If you found time to link up last week, make sure to drop by Donna's to see if she featured your project.

Blogging everyday for over 5 years is a very hard habit to break, but the time has come for me to devote some of my time to other interests. I hope to still post from time to time, when I have something to share but otherwise things will slow down here at Etcetorize.
This means that this will be the last Make it Monday party. I've loved having you stop by to share all of your creativity and I've been so lucky to have such a great co-host in Donna. The party was short lived but we were both so thrilled with the turn-out every week. It was so much more than either of us ever expected.
So, we decided to go out with a bang. This week want you to link up anything you want at all. If you had time to post something new this past week you can link that up, but if you were like me and spent most of your time with your family and enjoying the holiday you can link up your all time favourite post.
Donna and I will still try to get to as many as we can to comment and she has graciously offered to pick some features for next week over on Distressed Donna Down Home.
Thank you everyone for partying with us! It's been fun~

Let's see your all time favourite posts!

Make it Monday:Christmases Past & Present
This week we're going to do things just a little differently, so make sure to pay attention! Don't just link and leave because then you'll miss all the fun...
First of all though, we have to do a shout out to some great link-ups from last week:
OK, now for some Christmas fun. You've all been doing a great job of linking up your current Christmas posts all month long,
but this week you have permission to link up
your favourite post(s) from Christmas past.
You can still link up your regular posts but let's see what else you've got
that you want people to remember.
Your Hosts:
The rules are the same as always:

First of all though, we have to do a shout out to some great link-ups from last week:

3. T Shirt & Jeans: Sweater Stockings / 4. Halfway to Hipster: Thranduil Dress

Linky Party Announcement!!
Big things are happening here at Etcetorize!
Long ago, in a faraway place where blogging with Google used to be easy....I used to run an awesome linky party. It was such a great way to connect with people....and to easily find loads of great new projects.
Then it started to get popular. And I started to get burned out. So I ended things just as they were picking up.
Although I needed to do it, I've sort of regretted it ever since.
So...it's time to bring it back again, this time with 2 of my favourite bloggy buddies: Donna from Distressed Donna Down Home & Mitzi from Mitzi's Miscellany.

We all do crafty things but we each come from a different perspective and will be sharing our audiences with all of you. Well, that is to say, you will be sharing your projects with all of our audiences. Plus we'll each be doing extra promotions of your great ideas through all of our social media networks.
To kick things off we're going to make this a real party, with ballons, streamers, and GIVEAWAYS! Aha! I knew that would get your attention.
There will be 6 awesome prizes that I know you'll all love. Just link up a post (not an Etsy shop), stick our new button on your blog somewhere and you can enter to win! How fun (and easy) is that?
Stay tuned and make sure to visit one of our 3 blogs on September 8th to join the party.
Don't worry, I'll make sure to remind you a couple more times before that. Can't wait to see what you share!
(More BIG THINGS to come this fall~)

To Linky or not to Linky?
Hello Etcetorizers!
I need your help with a BIG decision....
Many of you will remember that in the not too distant past I used to host a Linky Party every Monday.
And you guys did 'Make it Great'! It just became a lot of work trying to visit every project and leaving a meaningful comment, something other than a computer generated generic message.
So, I put the party on hold while I tried to catch my breath and get ready for Christmas.
Let me know what you think in the comments below...
Is there room for another linky party?
If I bring it back should it be a free-for-all or more specific? For example, Sewing Projects only? Mod Podge projects only?
How do you feel about linky party hosts who don't leave a comment on your project that you link up?
I really want to know what you guys think so let me know~

Make it Great Monday
Well, it's time for another fun Make it Great Monday linky party...unfortunately (for me) I've decided that this will be the last one for awhile. I can't tell you how much I enjoy having you all come here to share your creative ideas but I'm finding that I just don't have the time to devote to it that I'd like to.
With Christmas coming up I've got a list of presents to make that I haven't even started, I'm trying to get back to house reno's, and I've started a new job. When I do something I like to do it right and it bothers me that I can't get to each and every one of your projects to leave a meaningful comment but, I simply can't find the time lately.
I'm not sure what I'll fill my Mondays with but I hope you'll still come by the rest of the week to see what I'm up to and hopefully I'll be sharing some fun ideas that you'll want to try yourself~
Here are some easy but awesome projects that were shared last week:
1. Kathy from Life on Lakeshore Drive has a neat way of making pinecone trees. Visit her blog to learn how.
2. Fonda from Southern Scraps made a great Anthropologie knockoff necklace. I love how she used that one red bead.
3. Christine from The DIY Dreamer made the happiest coasters I've seen in awhile. Check out her great step by step tutorial.
4. Fancy That Notion is getting ready for an avalanche of paint chips and made some pretty bookmarks. Go find out how came to inherit so many.
Now, onto this week's Make it Great party!
Thanks for linking!

Make it Great Monday
You guys linked up so many fun and different projects last week! Take a look at the range of your creativity:
1. Pollyanna Reinvents is one of my favourite blogs to visit. Every week she performs amazing makeovers, just like this cute little lamp.
2. The Moody Fashionista got creative with her instagram pics and made the cutest magnets for her family.
3. Creative Chaos made a super pretty dress...from scratch! Check out how easy it was to put together.
4. I guess it's that time of year again...time to make costumes! Crafty Home Improvement is dressing up her nephew as bacon and eggs and she shows you how to make your own~
