As soon as I saw her Crazy Quilt Journal I knew I had to pin it and use her idea as inspiration.
She used vintage wallpapers and buttons. So pretty, right? Make sure to check out her blog for a step by step tutorial.
Here's my version:
I used some super pretty coordinating paper from K & Company and some Mod Podge (of course) on a plain blah little box and then used my Silhouette to add a little flourish with the flower on some pretty (lingerie) elastic for a closure.
I'm not crazy about my faux stitching lines but they'll have to do.
Are you wondering what's inside the box???? I hope so because it is something soooooo pretty! I can't wait to show you, but you'll have to come back next Wednesday to find out. I'm such a tease, I know~
(Don't forget the the new Motivated Monthly linky party started up yesterday. If you've reused or recycled something in an interesting way, make sure to link up throughout the month of May!)
