I painted it white, replaced the glass panes with wood...
added some seats...
I love this fabric, it's a beautiful decorator print from the drapery department of my fav fabric store. As soon as I saw, I knew I had to use it for something~ |
threw some baskets underneath to hold my hats and gloves...
And voila! A bench was born.
Now I have the perfect spot for putting on my boots and hiding (some of) my winter clutter.

Very Creative. I have seen a million of those exact same tables with the glass missing but would've never thought to use it that way. Oh I just got an idea, wouldn't it be perfect as a bench at the foot of the bed. Thanks for the idea.

I've seen similar coffee tables at thrift stores, and passed the up because of the glass tops. What a great idea to turn it into seating!! This turned out great.
