I just used a Martha Stewart punch to create the strips of scalloped papers and then layered them on.
They look like ruffles! So pretty~
Here's one with non-traditional colours.
And of course, I needed a blue snowflake one with stickers and rhinestones~

ReplyDeleteTamara, I have been looking for an excuse to purchase a new paper punch and this may be it. Love the scallops. My favorite is the pink and green Happy Holidays one - mainly because I have been using those two colors for my stuff!
